  • For disputes concerning eligibility to register during sunrise period
  • No preclusion of procedure concerning the same domain name under the UDRP

Note: The Sunrise Challenge Period ended in August 2002. The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center has published the WIPO End Report on Case Administration under the Sunrise Challenge Policy.
